WHO CAN INITIATE A QUIKTRACT?

Either a provider (landscaper, freelancer, babysitter, etc) or their client (buyer) may origionate a Quiktract. Quiktracts are designed to be easily created by either party and sent to the other for review and acceptance. 

HOW DO I INVITE ANOTHER USER TO A QUIKTRACT?

When creating a Quiktract simply search for an existing user by using the Search for Quiktract App user feature when creating the agreement. If the other party is not a Quiktract user simply enter their name and use the Text or Email feature at the completion of the creation process to share your Quiktract with them. Once they download the app they will be taken directly to the Quiktract you created. 

CAN I CHANGE OR MODIFY A QUIKTRACT?

Absolutely! Quiktract was created with amendments in mind. Plans change as do the terms of an agreement. Simply click on the Amendment section of any Quiktract, modify the terms that have changed and Sign. The other party will receive a notice to accept or reject the proposed changes. Once accepted, your amendment is logged as an Exhibit and the new terms are enforceable.

HOW DO I SET UP QUIKTRACT PAY

Quiktract Pay may be set-up when creating a Quiktract and selecting Quiktract Pay as an option. Once a Quiktract Pay account is established it will be made available with all future Quiktracts. To ensure the highest levels of integrity your identity will be verified when setting up a Quiktract Pay account. Furthermore, you will be provided with the ability to link your bank account to your Quiktract Pay account once your identity has been verified.
