When creating a Quiktract simply search for an existing user by using the Search for Quiktract App user feature when creating the agreement. If the other party is not a Quiktract user simply enter their name and use the Text or Email feature at the completion of the creation process to share your Quiktract with them. Once they download the app they will be taken directly to the Quiktract you created.

Simply click on the Amendment section of any Quiktract, modify the terms that have changed and Sign. The other party will receive a notice to accept or reject the proposed changes. Once accepted, your amendment is logged as an Exhibit and the new terms are enforceable.
